Translation
To Theodoros, strategos of the division of Herakleides of the Arsinoite nome. From Herakles, son of Petesouchos, and Ischyrion, son of Herakeides, and associates, sitologoi of the village of Ptolemais Nea. We have received on Epeiph 23 of the present 19th year of Antoninus Caesar our lord, (for land exploited) through the cultivators of Karanis for the 40th cleruchy: from Chairemon, son of Antigenes, 11 (artabai of wheat); from Satabous, son of Orsenouphis, 7 1/2 (artabai of wheat), (equal) 18 1/2 (artabai) of wheat.
(2nd hand) I, Ischyrion, son of Herakleides, through my father, Herakleides, have received the 18 1/2 artabai of wheat.
