- Three vertical folds along which the papyrus has been damaged extensively. Nevertheless, the text is practically complete at the right edge until l. 10, where a piece in the bottom right corner of the papyrus has broken off.

- All that remains of this petition is the heading with the adressee; enough remains. however, to suggest that the letter is dealing with the priestly status of the authors.

We cleave to our responsibility for the temple of the aforementioned god and make the accustomed sacrifices and libations on behalf of our god and lord Augustus Imperator Caesar . . ."
