Conservation Status
This light-brown papyrus is badly mutilated and the ink is abraded. Texts on fragment a (nos. 1-3) are still joined to one another, the first overlapping the second and the second the third.
Palaeographic Description
Written in a very quick hand which gives the text a "sawtooth" appearance. Parts of the left margin of fr. a is extant, measuring approximately 2 cm. All texts are written by different hands. A 9th hand has added each document's number in the tomos synkollesimos in the upper margin.

One of six fragments of papyrus in the University of Michigan Papyrus Collection that once formed part of a tomos synkollesimos are gathered under inv. no. 145. These six documents list the workers who performed their penthemeros in different localities in the Polemon meris in the Arsionite nome from August 21 through August 25, 154 A.D. The work of 9 men recorded here took place at the village of Kerkeesis.

"(9th hd.) 162. (2nd hd.) Year 17 of Imperator Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Augustus Pius, Mesore 28th through the 2nd intercalary day. ( men have worked on the dyke near the sanctuary of the harbour in fulfillment of their obligation of the 17th year with respect to the embankments receiving . . . for 100 . . . of whom the individual names are, on behalf of Kerkeesis in the Polemon division: Diodorus, son of Artemidorus, grandson of Hermias, his mother being Saras (here follow the names of at least three other persons) . . ."
