- Serpent Mounds Site, Peterborough, Ont. Burial #31 disturbed remains of at least 3 adults on right. Small portion of pelvis and femur of burial #28 on platform in center below wall. Burial #28 is in pit in original surface beneath mound. Note pit sides in profile to right and left of exposed bone and brown pit fill over burial. Original sod level (darker soil) shown on floor level about sign board. Red and white arrow is 6 " and points North.
