About the construction

Description: One and a half story, brick, side gabled, Craftsman style house. Full width porch enclosed with modern windows. Gabled dormer in center front roof has a ribbon of windows. Clapboard siding in end gables. Windows are three vertical lights over one. Shed roof rectangular bay on north facade. Brick chimney on north facade. Detached, two car, hipped roof, garage at rear.
Date Of Construction: 1927
Context: Alvin Burkhart and his wife Lena were the original owners in 1927. They remained in the house until at least 1947.
