About the construction

Description: This two- story gable front house has a one- story full front porch supported by cast iron posts. It has simple lines, with a bay on the west facade and leaded glass in the upper half of the windows giving it Folk Victorian styling. A one story wing on the rear connects the house to the garage.
Date Of Construction: ca.1908
Context: Moved from 205 E. Michigan Avenue in 1967, this house has been altered from its original condition. Although the original owner was not determined, the Feldkamp family lived here in the 1920s. Theodore and Mary Feldkamp farmed and their daughter, Meltina was a teacher.Gerald and Anna Coe lived here in the 1940s; Gerald was a barber.
