Description
This one-and-one-half story Cape Cod-Revival cottage has a wall dormer, pedimented door surround, and attached one car garage with cupola. There is a one- story wing on the south facade.

Context
This Cape Cod-Colonial Revival had as its predecessor the early one-story cottages of Massachusetts. One of its early owners was Hazel Cook.
