About the construction

Description: Two story, crossed gambrel, Dutch Colonial Revival style house. Cutaway bay on front (east) facade. Partial width porch under main roof line. Bay window on north facade. Windows are one over one. Vertical wood siding in gambrel peaks. Molded concrete block porch support and solid balustrade. Addition to rear.
Date Of Construction: 1909
Context: Michael Zahn owned the house from 1909-1935. Arthur and Ruth Hagen owned the house 1941-1974. Randall Simon bought the house in 1974.
