About the construction

Description: This two-story frame Colonial Revival house sits on a cut stone foundation and has a pyramid roof with shed roof dormer. A full front porch is supported by round columns on a masonry base with balustrade. There is a bay window on the east facade and open back porch with modern rail. A handicap ramp wraps from the front porch around the east facade.
Date Of Construction: ca. 1912
Context: Good example of early hipped roof Colonial Revival style, sometime called Classic Box. It was occupied by the Wiedmayer familty in the 1920s and 1930s, and the Bredernitz family in the 1940s.
