About the construction
- Description
- Two story, gable front, Folk Victorian style house. Full width porch with square, wood supports. Shutters on front (west) facade. One story addition to north facade. Windows are one light over one. Aluminum siding. Stone foundation. Two story livery barn at rear.

- Context
- Frank Wells, a verterinary doctor, built the house, and lived there until about 1920. Fred and Lydia Brennion lived in the house from 1926 through 1935. The house was the property of the First Presbyterian Church from about 1947 through 1965. Ken Meyer lived in the house in 1968; John Long in 1973 (these dates are from permits drawn for improvements to the house).
