- Description
- Two story, gable front and wing, Greek Revival style house. Wide cornice band. Kneehole windows along cornice line on wing front and south facades. Pilasters on corners of gable front and wing. Partial width porch with hipped roof, and boxed supports resting on a solid balustrade. Windows are four lights over four, and most have shutters. Paired windows on front facade. Pedimented molding over most windows and the front door. Modern, one and a half story, gable front, two car garage at rear.

- John Hull owned the property 1870-1871. He had a number of businesses in Saline. He was said to have been a part of the Underground Railroad before the Civil War. In 1888, he purchased 218 Monroe (the Annin - Peoples House). After Hull, Benjamin Goodrich owned the house 1871-1872; then William Manifold 1872; James Allison owned the home 1872-1883; Flora Wood 1883-1898; Martha (sister of Flora Wood) and Rosel Allen 1898-1934; Cora Dickson 1935-1936; Reuben Lambarth 1937-1943; Frank and Anna Camburn 1943-1970; Davis and Jennifer Toth 1971-1994. Original house probably did not have shutters. This house is listed on the National Register as part of the North Ann Arbor Street Historic District.
