Attachment of Philip Pollard to respond to John le Hore in a plea of debt, whereof John complains that he unjustly detains from him and does not pay 8 s., which he owes ex mutuo, and which he does not take measures to pay, to his damages of 2 s., and whereupon he produces suit. Philip, who is present, denies force and injury and says he owes John no money at all, as is charged, and he is at law. Pledges for [waging his law]: William Wrau and Simon de Ellesworth.
