Pricing

Hardcover pricing for most items is fixed at $39.95 per copy. Shipping & handling is $6.00 per book copy for destinations within the U.S. & territories. Shipping costs outside the U.S. is $10.00 per book copy.

Ordering

(NOTE: you must have cookies and javascript enabled to use the order form.) After performing a search in a collection, click on the "list of all pages" or "table of contents" link; click on the "order a reprint of this item" button to bring up the order form. To remove a title from the form, click the "remove" button; to cancel a transaction, click the "cancel the order" button. Adjust quantities if necessary. To add more titles, return to the collection by switching to the appropriate browser window, and click the "order a reprint" button for each title you wish to order. When you've finished, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

At this point you will be asked to provide a Shipping Address. Please note that the total shipping price may change depending on if your order is to be shipped within or outside of the US. Click the "Proceed to Confirmation" button and confirm your order, then, finally, to secure payment where you will enter your billing information, credit card number and expiration date. If you don't receive e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact

Shipping

Shipping is via United Parcel Service when possible; otherwise via the United States Postal Service. Expect two to three weeks delivery time after receipt of the order unless a shorter time is indicated. (Some items can be shipped within ten days.) Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
