- Sugar Caster (one of a pair)
- Artist
- Monogrammist CO
- Physical Description
- This sugar caster consists of an octagonal body topped by a domed lid. The body stands on a molded, octagonal base with alternating concave sides, a design carried through the rest of the body and the lid. The lid is pierced with geometric and floral patterns that alternate on each facet, and is surmounted by a rounded finial. The tall, slender proportions of the caster are counterbalanced by the horizontal moldings that decorate the base, body and lid. An unidentified coat of arms appears on the body of the caster.

- Bencharong Ware Jar (tho)
- Artist
- Artist Unknown, China
- Physical Description
- Covered ceramic jar with brilliantly colored Thai-inspired overglaze enamel painting in floral patterns. The lid mimics the spires of Thai Buddhist architecture, rising from the gentle curve of the lower portion of the lid and alternating between solid bands of green, and multicolored floral patterns. The green covers what would be the underside of each of the colorful three tiers of "roof" segments, culminating in what appears to be a red and gold lotus bud at the top of the lid.

- This black and white print depicts geometric forms arranged to suggest some kind of mechanical contraption. Two larger circular forms are arranged side-by-side in the center of the composition. A line rest diagonally atop these forms and above the line an assortment of circular and less definite shapes and textures (depicted with cross-hatching and other techniques) are described. - Study of a Male Nude with Floating Drapery
- Artist
- Isaac Claesz van Swanenburg
- Physical Description
- This study of a male nude set within a niche combines a skilled portrayal of anatomy with a powerful evocation of movement and emotional intensity. Through the carefully rendered arms and swirling draperies the artist expands and animates the space around the figure, who seems to surge forward even as he turns his head back in a gesture of despair.

- Physical Description
- This abstracted drawing in black ink contains a series of lines and shapes that evoke a sense of motion from the upper right to the lower left of the composition. Long parallel lines on a diagonal from the top right to bottom left reinforce this sense of movement. Swirling abstracted forms surround these lines and the composition is speckled with very fine splatterings of ink throughout.
