- An image of an elagantly dressed woman in a complex kimono. The kimono consists of various flower images along the base and near the back. The lowest level of material depicts blue flowers with butterflies. Near the back of the kimono are yellow, orange, white, and blue flowers. In this same area are two crests. Another segment of the kimono, shown at the front, displays red and white stripes. The woman also wears high black sandles which can be seen poking out beneath the kimono and an elaborate gold headpiece. Behind her is a small figure, possibly a male attendant, looking up and behind the woman at the white flowers shown in the top left corner of the image. The attendant wears a blue kimono and hat with flower print and the same red and white striped material around his waist. A text inscription is above the attendant's head.

- Physical Description
- Vishnu stand in a strict unbending pose, samabhanga and has four hands. Reading clockwise from the front right hand, he holds lotus, a club, a discus and a conch. The lotus and conch are also personified with full standing figures at the base below his tow front hands, the lotus as a female figure to his right and the conch as a male figure to his left. On the pointed arch behind the figure a flying figure holding garlands is carved in shallow relief to either side of his crown. He wears a diaphanous lower cloth, the folds of the garment are articulated with a flared section down the center. He wears a long garland down to his knees, a sacred thread and various pieces of jewelry, including bracelets, armlets, a necklace and large earrings and an elaborate crown.

Atop the whole structure is a half-moon and sun disk motif, supported by intertwined ribbons and culminating in another lotus bud.
