A rural cityscape is depicted, showing both the buildings and agriculture of the town. Houses are mostly uniform in shape and detail and bordered by wooden fences. Some of the inhabitants of the town can also be seen.
In this photo a man in a heavy overcoat and hat can be seen walking close to the side of a home. His shadow walks beside him, slightly stooped over. The windows of the house are low to the dirt ground, and the sides of the home are decorated in signage.
The sun sets in the horizon, in the forefront of the photo is a large body of water with three people floating across in a boat. The person in the middle has been photographed in mid-stroke. The figures are cast in the shadow of the setting sun.
A woman makes a physical trek up the hillside that overlooks her small village. She balances two heavy buckets held together by a piece of wood. In the horizon of the photo, beyond the village, lies a body of water.
A man sits in the street with legs crossed and hands clasp, leaning against his wagon. The wagon is filled to the brim with various wooden objects. The man's gaze is transfixed on two dogs sitting beside wooden crates.
