- Shiva sits with his consort on a double lotus pedestal. He has six arms, his right three are in varada mudra [a giving gesture], holds a rosary and an arrow. His left arms cup his consorts left breast and hold a lotus flower and a bow. He sits in royal ease, with one leg pendant. He wears bracelets, armlets, necklaces, earrings, and a sacred thread that stretches form his left shoulder down past his waist. On his head he wears an elaborate jatamukuta, a crown interlaced with his matted locks. Parvati sits upon his knee with one leg tucked under her and the other pendant. She is also adorned with jewelry, but wears a more modest diadem at the front of her head.

The lid has a loop attached at the top. It is decorated on all sides with black and white inlaid design of butterfly, chrysanthemum and peony with stem and foliage. The spout and handle was broken and restored. The lid seems to be fake.

The piece is hand decorated in multiple bright and natural colors in the Vienna Secessionist palette. The round foot is cobalt blue, the whole was overglazed in a glossy, clear glaze.

- A small, thin silver disk. In the center are seven convex circular protrusions (one in the center surrounded symmetrically by the six others) that appear like balls set within individual depressions. There are other less uniform depressions surrounding the center design. An incised line runs around the circumference.
