This small vase has a fairly wide mouth and a gently tapering profile. The upper 2/3 of the vessel has a thick creamy yellow glaze with traces of blue. The glaze has drip marks that run down the face of the vase.
This vessel has a thin mouth that widens to a broad shoulder before tapering to a comparatively slender base. The colors of the glaze include a rich mustard yellow near the mouth, transitions to iridescent shades of purple o the shoulder and then a deep celadon green on the lower portion of the vessel.
An explosion of colorful forms suggests the human form in dynamic movement. Yellows and reds predominate in shapes that draw the eye toward the viewer's upper right where three roughy triangular yellow shapes suggest a head and upraised arms.
