"Ciao David -
I like it, your last card, i.e. It's crowded - Just the way I like things. one's eyelooks left, right, up, down. It surveys the photos. It cuts off at the edges the way Degas did. Degas was also an avid photographer. No wonder why his paintings had a photographic quality.
When I shoot people, esp weddings, I use 1 camera, 1 lens. A Leica m4 or 6 with a 28. Employing Ernst Haas' comment - the best lens you have is your feet, # you want a wide angle backup - a telephoto, move in. I use too ASA at f16 with a vivitar 283. Keep it simple stupid is my mantra. Look for sub plots like the fellow in the background here. They're the backwork of the photo. Mel 1/01"
