- Physical Description
- Gilt and lacquered wooden platform for ten-piece altar set. The platform is carved along the edges in floral and leaf patterns coated with gold gilt are larger in size and less stylized than those found on the set it spports. Located between upper and lower carved floral registers is a band decorated with a repeating geometrical rectangular pattern, covered also with gold gilt. The red wood surface of the long, short platform is coated in lacquer.
