Morton, January 12, 1865, presented by Colonel John Coburn, Thirty-third Indiana Volunteers, requesting immediate action in regard to exchanging Confederate prisoners in Indiana prisons for members of the Fifty-first and Seventy-third Indiana Regiments, suffering in Southern prisons.
