I was at the Champaign Circuit Court at the time of the conviction of Jones,2Jump to section but was not engaged in the case. From what I heard there as well as from the above statement of the Judge and Prossecuting Attorney, I concur in the recommendation that he be pardoned. Your Obt. Servt. A LINCOLN
