Release of Judgment Against Francis Regnier1Jump to section

October 24, 1845

For and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars received of Francis Regnier,2Jump to section I do hereby transfer and release to said Regnier all my right, title and interest in and to a judgment obtained in the Morgan circuit court in the year 1844 in favor of Eliza S. Cabbott3Jump to section (since married to Torry)4Jump to section against said Regnier in being my individual interest and believed to be one eighth part of said judgment, be the same more or less. Witness my hand this 24th. day of October 1845; as one of the attornies of the plaintiff.
