Pamphlet Text: この欠かんはやがて国民の上に大きな禍をまねきました。満州事変以来軍人が政治をとるようになると、それを悪用して法律でどしどし人権をおさえていきました。
English Translation: Before long, the deficiencies in the Meiji Constitution inflicted a great calamity upon the public. After the Manchurian Incident, military personnel increasingly took control of the government and misused it, and human rights were rapidly suppressed under the law.
Image Descriptive Text: A large man, with orange skin dressed in a military uniform with a sinister grin, grabs a scared thin green man wearing a business suit around the neck and mouth. The green man is walked forcefully by the military figure behind him, and pulled forward by a chain attached to metal cuffs around his wrists. This symbolizes the military personnel's abuse of power oppressing human rights.
