Pamphlet Text: しかしこの基本的人権は大ぜいの人々のためになるように使わなければなりません。; 自分の意見を発表することは基本的人権の一つでありますが人々のためにならないような意見を本に書いたりしたりしてはなりません。自由とゆうことは人の迷惑を考えず何をしても自分さえよければよいとゆうことではありません。
English Translation: However, these basic human rights must be exercised for the benefit of a wide variety of people. Expressing one’s own opinion is one component of fundamental human rights, but one should not express opinions that do not benefit people by writing books or in other ways. Freedom does not mean that you do not think of the burden you are placing upon others and doing whatever you wish.
