To the Right Honourable, the Lord High CHANCELLOUR of ENGLAND; and the Lord Privy Seal; and the Lord MAYOR of LONDON: As also to both the Lord Chief Justices, with the Lord Chief Baron; and all the rest of his Maje∣sties Judges, Magistrates, and Justices throughout England. Truth, and Wisdom of God, is wished through our Lord Jesus Christ. AMEN.
