You have reached a resource from the Evans Early American Imprints - Text Creation Partnership (Evans-TCP) at the University of Michigan, a restricted database.

Evans-TCP is a cooperative project between the Universities of Michigan and Oxford, NewsBank/Readex Co., and the international academic community. Evans-TCP endeavors to create structured SGML/XML text editions for 6,000 titles from the Evans Early American Imprints Collection database published by Readex. Readex's Evans database contains 40,000 titles published in this country between 1640 and 1821. The standards-based editions created and owned by Text Creation Partnership will link directly to the corresponding Newsbank/Readex page images and will provide a research and instructional tool of enduring scholarly and instructional value.
