Articles of agreement between George Nichols and John Bartlett cancelling the October 16, 1850 contract and dissolving the partnership. Bartlett agrees to guarantee all debts in relation to the University Book Store and to protect Nichols against all claims and demands stemming from such debts. Bartlett to pay all debts personally owed to Nichols and the debt owed to John W. Treadwell. Bartlett to pay Nichols his share of the store's profits. Nichols to relinquish all business assets, renounce his claims to shares in the profits. Signed by John Bartlett and George Nichols, witnessed by J. Homer Hyde.
