Biography:

Simon King lived in Mumford and Wheatland, Monroe County, New York. His daughter, Martha, married Gershon Everts and they lived in Highland, New York. King was a dealer in Genesee County, Michigan, real estate. His business agents were Rueben McCreery and Willis Young, at the office of Judd and McCreery in Detroit. King’s brother was Henry King. Simon King also lived in Pulaski, Jackson County, Michigan, around 1851, and in Hillsdale County, Michigan after 1849. (This information is from the collection.)
