The Palmer Family Papers document the activities of an upper-class Michigan family in nineteenth-century and early twentieth-century Michigan. The collection contains items of both business and personal interest, documenting the business fortunes and misfortunes of Charles Henry Palmer and his family. The collection also offers insights into upper-class family life.
