The Organizations subseries contains files from Harlan Hatcher's heavy involvement in organizations during his retirement. The largest represented organizations are the Center for the Great Lakes, of which Dr. Hatcher was on the board of directors in the 1980's, and the Developing Great Lakes Megalopolis Research Project, of which Harlan Hatcher was president.
