[... excluding, since] it will be of importance that you will
suffer no damage or loss in any respect, all the privileges of the
female sex and the deceptions due to the ignorance of the laws from
the entire document; moreover, I have dictated this donation, under
no influence of fraud, violence, fear or deceitfulness, to Deusdedit,
tabellio of the city of Ravenna and my rogatarius; underneath which,
after it had been read to me and I had understood it, I made a mark
and summoned the witnesses to sign. I further grant my permission
that it be registered in the gesta municipalia wherever and whenever
you may wish, with no new examination or investigation of my
declaration on my part.
