- Regularly cut off at all sides. Apart from the right side, where a few letters have been cut off, the papyrus is completely preserved with only minor abrasions.
- Palaeographic Description
- Four different hands: 1st hand (ll. 1-4) small cursive hand. 2nd hand (l.4) large and crude semicursive; 3rd hd (l. 5) similar to 2nd hd, only larger; 4 hd (l. 6) practiced and regular semi-cursive. Small margins left at the top, left and right, but the scribe left plenty of margin at the bottom for subscriptions.

I, Harpochratis, have signed. 4th hd. I, Didymus, have signed."
