Content: Official letter written by Herakleides to Diogenes, probably two tax collectors, concerning the collection of the poll tax; it is written above and under an earlier text, which was meant to be used as a model for the list of the underage boys (less than 14 years old) when the last census was taken and had since become liable to the poll tax

Up to the (time of the) accounting (arithmesis) exert yourself and do all you can and exact payment. Exact payment from all the aphelikes and return for a short time for the accounting. If you have Belles with you, hold on to him. You will send up to Petaisis, the son of [- - -]
