Palaeographic Description
The first hand is a large, upright cursive; the second is smaller, neat, and sloping, with a tendency to run the ends of the lines upwards; the third is similar but with letters less carefully written. (Boak)

Received, the 10th yearm, Epeiph 23.
(2nd hand) To Sarapion and Theon, custodians of the archives, from Tauris, daughter of Apollonios, son of Menches, a resident of the city of Oxyrhynchus, acting with her guardian, Heroides, son of Kratinos. I declare as my holding as of the present day in accordance with the instructions of the lord prefect, Gaius Caecina Tuscus, the house with an open court which belongs to me at the Sarapeion in the city of Oxyrhynchus in the former Cavalry Camp Quarter, according to my just title. And I have registered it previously at the same office.
(3rd hand) I, Sarapion, have signed it. The 10th year of Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus Imperator, Epeiph 23.
