(3rd hand?) Year 12 of the Imperatores [Caesares] Lucius Septimius Severus [Pius] Pertinax Arabicus [Adiabenicus] Parthicus Maximus [and Marcus Aurelius] Antoninus Pius [Augusti], Pachon 29. [And] he is:
Ptolemaios alias [- - -], son of Ptolemaios(?), from Karanis.
