- The four columns of the Recto have an unusual widh of about 70 cm. - The writing is a small upright cursive, different from the Verso. (Boak)

- Petesouchos, son of Protos, grandson of Harmais, a Persian of the epigone, about 35 years old, with a scar on the left forearm, has leased to Petesouchos, son of Petesouchos, son of Apol(lonios?), about 35 years old, with a scar on the calf of his right leg, from his property near Tebtynis in the so-called Kanabis the 4 arourai in one parcel, measured by the schoinion of 96 cubits, of the southern part, to sow with lotus for paturing sheep for the coming 3rd year; and he has received the rental and gives guarantee.
- Signatories: for Petesouchos, Ptolemaios, son of Chairemon, about 75 years old, with a scar above the left elbow; for the other, Apollonios, son of Herakles, about 32 years old, with a scar on the forehead to the left.
