In accordance with the orders I declare my sons for the house by house registration of the past seventh year of Imperator Caesar Nerva [Trajan Augustus Germanicus] Dacicus, for the house in which I live in the village, formerly owned by . . ., former gymnasiarch.

- Onnophris son of Phanomgeus, the son of Onnophris, 5 years old, without distinguishing mark;
- and Petesouchos, 4 years old, without distinguishing mark;
- and Phanomgeus, their brother, 1 year old, without distinguishing mark;
- and I, Terpos, 35 years old, with a scar on the right forearm.
