Translation
Thaisarion to Serenus and . . . , her brothers, very many greetings. Before all else I pray for your health, and I make obeisance on your behalf before our lord Sarapis. I want you to know that I received from Nilus . . . . Do you therefore receive from him a bundle of reeds(?) and sandals – four pairs for Herais, two for Serenus, one for Ammonios, one for . . . and rouge(?). When our sister . . ., send me a letter immediately. I salute Ammonios and Sambous. Ptolemaios and Alexandros salute you all.
Thaisarion to Serapous, her sister, and to her brothers, very many greetings. Before all else I pray for your health, and I make obeisance on your behalf before our lord Sarapis. I want you to know that our brother Ptolemaios went upcountry early in the morning at the . . . hour on Epeiph 9. I used for his dinner whatever you sent me. Do you send me the half – two jars of radish oil – of the same value as what I used. For I have need of them when I give birth, and after all he is your brother as well. Ammonios sailed up with the prefect as a member of his staff, and wherever he may be he will visit you. If my mother decides to come back with him, let her make herself ready. You have not even thought fit to write to me one letter. Send me a jar of salve . . . .
(Verso) Deliver to Serenus . . . .
