- This light-brown papyrus is damaged on three sides; only the right margin remains intact. Although the upper margin is badly damaged, it appears to be the beginning of the document. Especially the damage on the left side of the papyrus, where it may be estimated that ca. 27 letters have been lost in the beginning of each line. Four vertical folds still visible.
- Palaeographic Description
- Written in a cursive and rather regular majuscular hand with elements similar to some in P. Merton II 91 (Jan. 30, 316 A.D.).

- "Under the consulship of Rufius Volosianus and Petronius Annianus the most illustrious, Thoth 20. Rent . . . of the glorious city of Thmouis. To Aurelius Panther, son of Hermias . . . with the consensus of your uncle on the part of Father Aurelius Italus . . . of the village of Ibion of the first pagus of the Mendesian (nome), greetings. I have let out to you . . . from the current 3rd year indiction18 1/2 arouras or [however many they must be. . . ]of land with cereal on the field called Paromrakote, on the condition that you . . . and that you carry all the surplus that is derived . . . as rent for the annual lease of four artabas of wheat per aroura, in total 74 artabas of wheat per year, which you will deliver to me annually according to the public measure . . . completely and I will give you a receipt. Consequently, I have received from you 4 artabas of wheat . . . for each of my arouras in rent for the lease in the current 3rd year indiction . . ."
