Translation
Ptolema to Belleous, her mother and lady, very many greetings. Before all I pray that you are in good health, along with Heros and [- - -] For I didn't want (to wait?) until you come, because I have no one (here?). I sent you a basket containing five pairs of loaves. You know, my lady, that I have nothing now. And if I ..., I'll give (you) my thanks. I greet Nemessas and Kottara.
Ptolema to Heros, her sister, greetings. I am sorry, sister for not having seen you when I was going to Alexandria. I've got nothing up until now. Send for what I sent you, (a pair of) sandals and five pairs of loaves. Receive these from Trophimos. Greet your sister-in-law and your husband and your brother-in-law. Be well. Epeiph 6.
