This is a medium brown papyrus broken off rather regularly at all sides. There is a kollesis approx. 5 cm. from the left side.
Palaeographic Description
Quick semi-cursive sloping to the right. At the top and at the left there is a free margin of approx. 1.5 cm.

Translation
"Copy . . . strategus. To Herammon alias Kastor from Apollonios, son of Dionysios, grandson of Dionysios alias Amois, public notary of the city of the Oxyrhynchites. I wish to buy from the properties of the administration of the Idiod Logos that are offered for sale in the village of Ision Tryphonos in the Liba toparchy a house and a vacant lot, formerly belonging to Syras, daughter of Harmiysis alias Psansnos, with boundaries as indicated by a written document, at the price of 800 drachmas agreed on by the present valuation of the properties, on the condition that, if the sale is confirmed, I shall pay the 800 drachmas of the price together with the subsequent payments in the government bank, and I and my descendants and assigns shall have the permanent and undisturbed ownership and possession of them.
