- This medium to dark-brown papyrus is rather regularly cut on all four sides with a fairly long and narrow strip of papyrus surviving at the bottom. The surviving papyrus is split down the middle, and it has large holes along that middle tear. (TC)
- Palaeographic Description
- Each receipt is the product of two hands. One of the dekaprotoi wrote the body of the receipt, another wrote the subscription. The hands are the same in both receipts. (HCY) Both hands are regular cursive written with a pen with a rather wide point and very black ink. The margins are very generous: at the left 3 cm., at the top 2.3 cm., at the right 1.5 - 1.8 cm., and at the bottom 8.6 - 13.1 cm. (TC)
