- This light-brown papyrus is badly mutilated and the ink is abraded. Texts on fragment a (nos. 1-3) are still joined to one another, the first overlapping the second and the second the third.
- Palaeographic Description
- Written in a very quick hand which gives the text a "sawtooth" appearance. A 9th hand has added each document's number in the tomos synkollesimos in the upper margin.

- One of six fragments of papyrus in the University of Michigan Papyrus Collection that once formed part of a tomos synkollesimos are gathered under inv. no. 145. These six documents list the workers who performed their penthemeros in different localities in the Polemon meris in the Arsionite nome from August 21 through August 25, 154 A.D. The work of 4 men recorded here took place at the village of Narmouthis.
