Burial Cache of Ceremonial Points: An early historic Seneca's collection of projectile points of flint and chalcedony. The points cover a time span from Late Archaic to Late Woodland. Approximate age is from 1590 to 1615. Approximate time span of ceremonial points 2500 years. Location- Factory Hollow Site, West Bloomfield, New York. Dimensions are from 3 cm. to 7 cm. by 2.5 cm.

Description
Small tools from the Olorgesailie Acheulian sites: scraper, nosed and beaked forms, and a notched piece. Most artifacts, both large and small, are made of lavas from the vicinity of the lake basin. This selection is of obsidian, quartz and chert which were presumably brought in from more remote areas.
